NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Parkesburg will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at 7:00 P.M. at the Borough Hall, 315 West First Avenue, Parkesburg, PA, to consider the application/appeal of Jeffrey Hery, of 12 Wright Street, Parkesburg, PA seeking a variance, or other appropriate relief from the Front Yard Setback provisions of Section 702.C of The Borough of Parkesburg Zoning Ordinance of 2015, as amended, requiring a thirty (30) foot minimum setback to erect a detached garage at premises situate at 12 Wright Street, Parkesburg, PA, owned by the Applicant. The subject property is located in the R-3 Residential Zoning District being Tax Parcel 080301140000, UPI-8-3-114.
